Having re-branded the business, I led a cutting edge team of marketers that blended brand marketing, performance, ECRM, content, marketing operations and analytics to grow share in arguably the most competitive marketing environment in Europe.
With over 50% of all revenue being spent on marketing, Confused.com was one of the UK’s biggest media buyers and one of Google’s largest European clients. Every part of the marketing operation had to be first class in order to compete.
Very few companies can now claim to be part of modern parlance with the iconic phrase; “I’m Confused.com”.
